OUR STORY
In 2012, The Dinner Shoppe was established by Carol Rice to help get dinner on the table faster. No matter what stage of life you're in, we want to help you enjoy all of the wonderful nuances that dinner time provides without the hassle of you spending a ton of time in a grocery store and prepping food. Our ideals and mission were based on the idea that dinner time is about bringing people together to love great food, conversation, and each other.

Eric Wieland
Owner
Eric is a proud local of Atlanta with deep roots in the community. After beginning his education at Fernbank Elementary and graduating from Westminster High School in '84, he studied at Bucknell University and found his passion for food at the Institute of America. With over 30 years of experience in catering, Eric is highly regarded for his exceptional culinary skills and is often recommended by those who have enjoyed his services. Beyond his professional achievements, Eric is a dedicated husband to Kristin and a great father to his son, Noah, a proud graduate of Davidson College.

With her impressive background in networking and business development she’s a powerhouse at the Dinner Shoppe. As a proud mom of three amazing grown children, Kristin loves nothing more than family gatherings around the dinner table, lively games, and creating unforgettable memories! Her enthusiasm for providing the best for her family inspires her mission to uplift and connect her community!
Kelsey Winecoff
Manager
Kelsey is a dedicated member of the Dinner Shoppe team, having contributed her culinary talents for over six years! She graduated from Druid Hills School in 2018 and was born and raised here in Decatur. Kelsey loves discovering new recipes to enhance our menus, perfecting her casserole creations, curating the best kitchen playlists, and spending quality time with her dog, Stevie.
