Chimichurri Marinated Flank Steak Fajitas with Oven Roasted Peppers and Onions.

For our Vegetarian Friends, we have added Masoor Dal (Red Lentils) with Tomatoes, Turmeric, Cumin, Coconut Milk.  Includes Oven Roasted Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrots with Thyme as your side Vegetable!
