Celebrating a time of Thanksgiving!!

New!  Bread Pudding of the Month!

Bread pudding is a fabulous dessert made of cubed bread, cream, eggs, and different flavorings.  As it bakes, it puffs up into a moist, cake like dessert that is so good!  Great to have in your freezer for just that time you need it!  Check out our blog for the little known history of bread pudding!
Pumpkin Sweet Potato Bread Pudding with Praline Glaze  (Crockpot or oven)

Warm and delicious flavors of pumpkin and diced sweet potato in our bread pudding and topped with pecan praline glaze.

Beef Stew (Crockpot, Stovetop) 

A family favorite with beef, potatoes, and carrots…this recipe is perfect for your crock pot or you can cook on the stove top!

Rosemary Dijon Flank Steak    (Grill or broil)

Flank steak marinating in balsamic vinegar, Dijon, and rosemary!  Grill or broil the steak...so good!! 

Crockpot Lasagna  (Crockpot)

This is crazy good!  Lasagna in the crockpot....who would've thought?!! 

Skillet Stroganoff  (Stovetop)

Sauteed flank strips with mushrooms, onions, and a pinch of horseradish!  Stir in sour cream and serve over noodles.

Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese  (Crockpot or Oven) 

A couple of hours in the crockpot and you'll have the best macaroni and cheese ever!  You can cook it in the oven, too!    

Brown Sugared Bacon Wrapped Chicken   (Oven) 

Wrap the chicken breasts in bacon, dredge in our special brown sugar and chili powder mix, and bake! 

Bourbon Cranberry Chicken  (Stovetop) 

Tastes like the holidays!  Chicken cubes simmering in sauce of cranberry, bourbon, apple juice, onion, ginger.

Chicken Piccata with Asparagus   (Stovetop)

Chicken breasts sprinkled with paprika in a lemon wine sauce and topped with asparagus and capers! 

Moroccan Chicken Stew with Couscous (Crockpot or Stovetop) 

Chicken thighs with Moroccan spices cooked with tomatoes, cauliflower, garbanzos, apricots, and chili garlic sauce.  Serve on couscous and top with almonds!

Quinoa, Chicken, and Cubed Sweet Potato Casserole (Oven) 

Diced chicken with cumin, cinnamon, white wine, green onion, garlic, quinoa, and diced sweet potatoes…topped with melted Queso Fresco!

Butterflied pork chops sauteed and stuffed with warmed apples and creamy gorgonzola.

Apple Cinnamon Pork Roast  (Crockpot or Oven) 

Pork roast with apples, cinnamon, honey, and a little red onion…tastes unbelievable and your house will smell so good! 

Chili Pork Tenderloin with Apricot Barbecue Sauce     (Oven, Grill)
